This Privacy Notice for Dyarnema ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and share your personal information when you use our services, including when you download and use our mobile application Dyarnema or our Facebook application.

1. What Information Do We Collect?
Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services or participate in activities on the Services. The personal information we collect may include:
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Profile photos
- City / location
- Date of birth and gender (kept private, never shown publicly)
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register using your existing Facebook account. If you choose to register this way, we will collect certain profile information from Facebook, including your name and email address. We do not post to Facebook on your behalf or access your friends list.
Application Data. We may collect geolocation information from your device to provide location-based features (such as tagging where an item was lost or found). We may also send push notifications regarding your account. You can manage both permissions in your device settings.
Facebook Application Data. When you use our Facebook application, we by default access your Facebook basic account information including your name, email, and profile picture. We may request additional permissions and you may choose to grant or deny each one.
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
We process your personal information for the following reasons:
- To facilitate account creation, authentication, and account management.
- To deliver and facilitate the core lost and found services.
- To enable user-to-user communications (e.g. connecting finder and owner after a claim is approved).
- To request feedback and contact you about your use of our Services.
- To protect our Services through fraud monitoring and prevention.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, or as required by law. We will not keep your information longer than the period of time in which you have an active account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will deactivate the account and delete the data promptly. Contact us at support@dyarnema.com if you become aware of any such data.

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@dyarnema.com.
Account Information. To review or update your account information or terminate your account, you can:
- Log in to your account settings and update your user account.
- To permanently delete your Dyarnema account, open the app and navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Type DELETE when prompted. Once your account is deleted, your personal information and profile will be permanently removed from Dyarnema.
Upon termination, we will deactivate or delete your account from our active databases. We may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud or comply with legal requirements.
10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice.

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice periodically.

13. How Can You Review, Update, or Delete the Data We Collect From You?
Based on applicable laws, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information.
To exercise these rights, open the Dyarnema app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or contact us directly at support@dyarnema.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Facebook account. When you choose to do this, we receive certain profile information — typically your name and email address. We use this information only for account creation and authentication.
We do not control how Facebook uses your information. We recommend reviewing Facebook's Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your data.
